When I woke up this morning, I tried to stand up on my left foot. MISTAKE!!! I had pain shooting up my leg extending from the purple spot bruise on my left big toe... and the brown bruisey streak down to my foot. From having broken every toe on that foot at some point in my life, I suspect I have broken the toe AGAIN. I suspect, also, I am going to have to go and get it taped at Urgent Care. If it was another of the toes, I would worry less. But, the big toe is the balance toe. Need to cautious.
Dinner at Kristen's last night was good. I would advise J. to buy more "real chicken" and fewer strips next time. But, the company was great and I enjoyed our evening. The only downside was it was too short an evening. That and J. didn't use her time to talk with her children about B. J. claims that, when she brought it up, neither of her children seemed concerned enough - HENCE she doesn't feel comfortable talking with them about it now. I personally think SHE was the uncomfortable one. Since you both read this blog, children of J., it is up to you to talk with her. Or not. Your choice.
